One of the unique features of the villa is the swimming pool, it is a private area of the house and it is on an elevated area of land. Sun bathe on the large terrace surrounding the pool complete with sun lounge beds for your enjoyment. If beaches are what you prefer then take a trip to Guadmar beach, sandy coastline and Mediterranean Sea breeze make this place a great location to relax and have fun in the water.

A lot of the major attractions in the Costa Blanca are within easy reach of the villa by car, the Autopista number 7 is about 1 kilometre from the villa. This gives you access to a main road and also enjoying a quiet atmosphere at the villa.

Travelling from the airport would take you about 20 minutes by car, the main airports close to the villa are Murcia and Alicante both these airports serve international locations as well as regional areas of Spain. Both airports have services for car hire Alicante, we recommend taking a hire car as the public transport can be limited in accessing some of the roads towards the village.
